High End Property Services
Our high end service is perfect for those special properties worthy of a lot of attention. If you’re a real estate agent, developer, or designer, Curb Appeal has the know how to capture the beauty and essence of your unique product. The high end service includes no limits on the number of photos, and no limit on time. Generally, a large project will require 2 to 3 visits plus an evening shoot if warranted. A small project will only take a couple of hours.
A full set of photos will be taken from each area of the home,including standard wide angle shots as well as detail shots. All amenities/interesting elements will be photographed. All exterior areas of interest will be photographed at the optimal time of day.
Images will be delivered via archival disk and email link, as well as archived permanently online. A bound photo book is also available for purchase.
The rate for the high end service is $100 per hour, plus travel costs if necessary (outside Seattle Metro).
